At ARMSA we believe that safety and risk management is truly a community effort. As passionate safety individuals, we see the value in coming together for the benefit of Arizona business owners, for their employees, and the organizations that support them. As ARMSA's Safety Innovation Committee we are not only working to promote a safer work environment as a community for the community, but to create safety in areas that do not exist or need improvement.
We often rely on utilizing resources that are already in place, that have been handed down, or accept that whatever is or is not available as enough. Where to begin to improve and to create policies, training, safety committees, and safety cultures is many times an overwhelming undertaking.
Members of ARMSA now have a team to support them through inspections, training and safety development. In addition, ARMSA members and non-members also have access to a team that can help through discounted consultation services to aid in the prevention of incidents, make improvements post-incident, as well as guide our members through implementation of new or updated safety plans.
