ARMSA is comprised of a group of passionate individuals who have a vision for the workers of Arizona. As experts in our respective fields we are here to support Arizona based employers who share a common need for easily accessible resources to keep their employees safe in the workplace at an affordable cost.

We are focused on helping those who focus on the safety of their workers to achieve the most effective risk management programs possible, while reducing the total cost of labor through discounted workers' compensation risk financing.

Our Mission

To make safety, risk management and workers' compensation readily available in Arizona and to assist in their integration into the daily habits of Arizona based employers.

As a professional ballet company, workers’ compensation is extremely challenging for us. Injuries are a natural part of what our professional athletes do, which causes our claims to be very high. The ARMSA team showed us advanced strategies we had not previously seen & achieved a reduction in premiums of 12%. In our first year our claims dropped by more than 65%.
